Two days in charming Durango. Ride the famous Durango and Silverton Scenic Rail Road’s steam-powered excursion train. Stay at the Strater Hotel, an exquisite hostelry authentically restored to its 1890’s Victorian elegance.
A day at Mesa Verde National Park. See hundreds of the world’s largest and best cliff dwellings, ruins that date from the 1200s.
Visit the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, one of the nation’s newest National Parks. You’ll see 12 miles of the deepest portion of the Gunnison River gorge.

*COACH CLASS TOUR - On this tour reclining coach seats with leg rests are included. You will spend the first night on the train, then several nights in first-class hotels. On the return, you’ll spend another night on the train with reclining coach seats with leg rest.
A Coach Comfort Kit is included. Meals are included when we travel overnight on the train. A limited number of sleeping accommodations are available at a very modest additional cost.
