Tour Highlights

• San Antonio’s old Spanish flavor, multi-cultural heritage and numerous parks and plazas make it one of America’s most picturesque cities.  Enjoy extensive sightseeing in San Antonio (Alamo, Riverwalk, Mission San Jose, Mexican and Farmers Market, Institute of Texas Culture . . . so much more) and optional free time.
• A full day to discover the rugged Texas Hill Country (LBJ Ranch, Johnson City, Fredericksburg and the Admiral Chester Nimitz Museum of the Pacific).
• Louisiana . . . even the name has a certain festive ring to it.  You’ll discover the heart of this flamboyant state in this tour.  Our group will travel to Lafayette, the center of the traditional Cajun culture and to the state’s largest and most important metropolis, New Orleans.
• In colorful and fun-filled New Orleans you’ll stay two nights in a French Quarter hotel, tour its major attractions and have time to wander the famous French Quarter on your own.  Discover great shops and galleries, exquisite dining and Dixieland jazz spots.  We’ll embark on an extensive sightseeing tour of the city.  A highlight of our tour is the dinner/cruise on the Natchez Steamboat. The famed Dukes of Dixieland will perform.
