  • The Southern California attractions remain beautiful year around. Catalina Island is a mountainous tropical paradise 22 miles off California. You'll spend a day visiting some of the major Los Angeles attractions.
  • The Coast Starlight is one of Amtrak's major long distance trains. You'll be completely pampered from the time you step aboard at 10:00 a.m. one day and disembark 35 hours later in Seattle.
  • Visits to Seattle's major attractions, including the popular Pike's Market and the Space Needle will highlight our day in the Emerald City.
  • The Empire Builder's circuitous routing through wintry Glacier National Park will highlight our relaxing return trip from Seattle to Chicago.
