Because our customers have asked for shorter trips, we're introducing four long-weekend rail adventures. Three are five-day, four-night tours. Choose: the Grand Canyon, Western Colorado, or Glacier National Park. All are priced at $895 per person. The Washington, D.C. tour is four-days and three-nights at $795.

Weekends on the Rails tours include:

  • Comfortable, reclining coach seats with leg rests.

The Grand Canyon, Western Colorado and Glacier National Park tours begin on Friday in Chicago and end in Chicago on Tuesday. The Washington tour begins in Chicago on Friday and ends in Chicago on Monday. America by Rail will be happy to make connecting transportation arrangements by rail or air.

A limited number of Roomette bedrooms are available for an extraordinary $245 per person ($195 for the Washington tour) . Some upgraded Bedrooms are available from $495 to $675 per person (Washington, $295)*. Enjoy four days of daytime privacy and two nights of comfortable sleeping.
